- Hosting fees are payable 1 month in advance by Direct Debit
- Cancellation notice period is 30 days

Our Managed Updates service includes:

- Rollback support where practical
For websites not hosted on our servers, Managed WordPress Updates are available from £15/month.
Monitoring & Backups
Automated 24/7 monitoring helps identify website availability or performance issues as quickly as possible.
Our hosting services include:
- Automated uptime monitoring
- Daily website and database backups
- Retention of recent backups on a more frequent schedule
- Older backups retained on a reduced schedule
Additional Support
Additional Support covers work outside standard hosting services and can be used for a wide range of website and technical tasks.
Support services include:
- Troubleshooting and technical assistance
- WordPress development and maintenance
- Plugin configuration and updates
- Content updates and publishing assistance
- Training and advisory support
- General website maintenance
Included support time covers minor requests directly related to hosting services.
Additional support time is tracked in 5 minute increments and can be invoiced monthly, quarterly, or when the agreed support allowance is reached. Monthly support agreements with prepaid hours are also available.
We aim to respond to support requests as quickly as possible, with urgent issues prioritised where practical.
