MANAGED UPDATES
Keeping WordPress updated is essential for security and to ensure everything works smoothly, but with most plugins updating every month and several core updates a year it can be hard to keep on top of the updates (not to mention what happens if problems arise).
With our Managed WordPress Update Service (included with every package) WordPress and all plugins are updated as new versions become available with support available in case of any problems.
For sites we don’t host on our servers the Managed WordPress Update Service fee is £15/month.
Support
Support is counted as any time spent working on the site once it is live; typically this include amends, adding new features or responding to issues but it can also include advice or research into new elements. We aim to respond to support requests as soon as possible with urgent fixes applied as soon as practicable.
Support time is tracked in 5 minute increments and can be invoiced monthly, quarterly or when the total reaches an agreed amount. Alternatively a monthly support agreement can be set up with hours paid in advance.
