Browsers store local copies of pages, images, and other website content to improve loading speed. Occasionally this can prevent the latest version of a page from appearing correctly.
A hard refresh forces the browser to reload the latest version of the page and bypass cached content.

Mobile Devices
Mobile browsers do not generally support hard refresh in the same way as desktop browsers.
If changes are not appearing correctly on mobile devices, clear the browser cache using the instructions on the Clear Cache page.
